this is a section of a drawing i am working on...i havent worked on bristol paper in awhile and i am liking the smooth surface. a nice break from cold pressed arches. Bee came to me in a dream one night. i think she is going to go on a lot of adventures...shes a crazy one...you never know what shes gonna say

aquarium!!

went to the aquarium last night! tried to get some drawing in....too bad it was sort of dark...but still had a lot of fun. wish i coulda gotten more drawings in

book signing at barns!

we had a book signing at barns last night for Santa Clause and the Molokai mules. it was fun times!! had a great time talking to people! lots of people shopping for little ones

bungalow fun!!

This hindu goddess spends her free time ripping the heads off giants, removing obstacles from peoples lives, and enjoys long walks on the cremation grounds...lets give it up for kali!!!

unless of course its a pet possum...ha. this is inspired by the old lady that lived in our neighborhood with the giant pet possum....i personally have never seen her...but several sources close to me have seen her walking him/her on a leash. also...i am in love with the bungalow houses of southern ca and i have been dying to draw and paint one. most of these houses are found in pasadena and long beach and were built between 1900-1920. they are sooo beautiful...one day when i am rich and famous i will collect them and live in the biggest and prettiest one. so here is the initial drawing...i will try to have the painting done tomorrow!!!
